The Songbird Collective operates voluntarily to bring this festival to the community for free — providing a safe and supportive platform for performing artists to share their stories and songs, a place for local visual artists to vend their work, as well as a meeting ground for survivors of abuse to connect with free and affordable healthcare resources in the community. We rely wholly on the generous support of the community to make this happen. Last year, we had over 500 registered attendees/participants, and we’re anticipating a larger crowd this year. We are fortunate to again partner this year with non-profit Annapolis Musicians Fund for Musicians (AMFM), who will help cover the cost to rent Maryland Hall.
